Review conversations waiting on you
Review captured conversations and record what happened to each one.
Overview
Waiting on you lists captured conversations where someone is waiting for your reply. Start with the oldest wait and read the sender’s message and its source.
Reply in the original channel. Replied records the conversation’s reply state in Scoped; it does not send a message.
Before you start
Your workspace needs the conversations feature enabled and an available source that has captured a conversation.
1Open the oldest wait
Open Waiting on you and select a waiting conversation. Review the sender, source, message preview, and waiting time.
2Reply through the original channel
Use the channel where the conversation is taking place to send your response.
3Record the reply state
After you have replied, choose Replied in Scoped to record that the next response is with the other person.
4Review deferred conversations
Use Snooze and a time when you need to return later. The conversation returns then, or sooner if another captured message arrives. Use Not business for reviewed conversations you want to set aside; they can be reopened.
Put it into practice
Each captured conversation has an accurate reply or review state. The queue covers available captured sources, so keep checking the original channels too.
