Manage notifications and followed work

Overview

Notifications brings together assignments, mentions, discussions, and supported updates relevant to you. Open a notice to return to the record or discussion it concerns.

Following a record makes you eligible for future updates from that following relationship. Assignments and selected mentions can still matter after you unfollow.

Before you start

Open your own account and choose a record or notification you want to review.

1Review unread activity

Open Notifications and switch from All to Unread to see notices you have not opened.

2Open the relevant record

Select a notice to go to its target. Opening it marks it read. You can change an individual read state or use Mark all read after reviewing the list.

3Choose what to follow

Use Follow or Unfollow on a record to manage that following relationship.

4Review your preferences

Open Settings, then Notifications, and review your In app categories. Check email preferences and availability separately if you also want email activity.
