What happens after the trial?
An account’s first Cloud workspace gets 30 days of Pro without a card. Later workspaces start on Free. When the trial ends, existing work stays readable and editable. Free limits apply to new records, people, agents, and paid feature creation. Archive records to make room, or upgrade.
What counts as a record?
An active task, project, initiative, company, contact, deal, note, or client follow-up. Archived records do not count. Comments, labels, attachments, and links do not use the allowance.
How do cancellation and the price lock work?
Manage your subscription and cancellation in Workspace billing. Scheduled cancellation keeps paid access through the paid period, then moves the workspace to Free without deleting work. Founding customers keep their subscribed price for 24 months. Plan or billing-interval changes show their price before confirmation.
Does this include AI execution?
Scoped does not meter agent tool calls. Your external agent’s model or execution charges are separate. Charter is an invite-only orchestration product; its execution is not included in these plans. Aether integration is planned.
Can I send quotes or invoice customers?
Scoped tracks deals, quoted amounts, and delivery. It does not generate or send quotes, collect signatures, invoice customers, or collect their payments. Workspace billing invoices cover your Scoped subscription.
