Why Scoped exists
The businesses that sell the work and then deliver it, contractors, consultancies, agencies, shops that take special orders, run on two tools and a memory: a CRM or spreadsheet for leads, a project tool or group text for jobs, and whoever remembers what was promised in between. The ones winning aren’t smarter. They’re organized, and they answer first.
Scoped keeps the customer, the quote, and the job on one record from the first call to the finished job, and lets the AI assistant you already use work from that record under permissions you set.
Three products, one thread
- Scoped
- Plans with attribution. A shared record where people and authorized agents work from one plan, with every change recorded against the person who authorized it.
- Aether
- Memory with sources. Persistent memory and source-backed retrieval for AI agents, so a new session doesn’t start from zero.
- Charter
- Actions with receipts. Approval-gated execution for repeatable business work, in an invite-only pilot. It is separate from Scoped and not included in Scoped’s plans.
Every answer keeps its source, every change its author, every action its receipt.

- Your record, your data. Export anytime, or keep it on a database you control with Scoped Connect.
- Your AI, your rules. Scoped doesn’t run your AI. You choose what an assistant can see and change, and you can revoke it in a minute.
- Honest pages. The workspaces on this site are illustrative, and we don’t publish customer logos, quotes, or numbers we can’t stand behind.
